Leaders take risks when others avoid them out of fear. Safety isn’t something a leader can enjoy. Good leaders know when it is time to risk and can see great opportunities on the horizon.

See yourself in a leader position, create goals, and apply the advice from above. You have control over how good of a leader you can be. You have some knowledge, and now you have to use it to go forward.

If you have to do a large task that’s going to take you a lot of time, try to volunteer before anyone else. This means that you are setting an example for others and then people will know that you’re willing to do what it takes for things to get done. This also shows your employees that you’re a part of them, not just someone who sits on the sidelines.
